Welcome to Sharon United Methodist
Student Ministries!

Who We Are
Here at Sharon, we minister not only to our teens, but with them as they become ministers themselves.  We firmly believe that God accepts us as we are, and helps us to grow and mature in relationship with Jesus.  We see ourselves as God’s hands and feet as we serve our community and world. We want and strive for deep relationships with one another and with God.

Safety
Sharon United Methodist Youth Ministry volunteers are trained in our Safe Sanctuary policy (look under "Forms" for a copy of this policy) and commit themselves each year to provide a safe environment for our youth. We believe teens need a safe place to be loved and encouraged as they discover who they are in Christ.

Our Vision - SLOPE
Sharon Student Ministries connects others to Life in Christ by SERVING,  LEADING others to Christ, OBEYING God’s call, PLAYING together, and EXPERIENCING the love of God (SLOPE for short!).  We offer a variety of opportunities for teens to serve, lead, obey, play, and experience God through weekly Sunday Night fellowships, retreats, mission trips, community outreach and service.
