Music for Adults

Opportunities for adults to witness through music are diverse at Sharon. We are sure you will find a group to fit your style. Please come and share in the fellowship, personal development and witness through music.

The Praise Team leads our Contemporary service. We lead a high-energy style of worship, and we sing the music popular on contemporary Christian music stations. The Praise Team consists of vocalists, guitars, drums, and keyboards. Come join the Praise Team on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM each week for rehearsal.

For a truly different worship experience, join our Café Singers in our Café Worship service. This chorus sings an lighter style of modern Christian music, accompanied by piano, drums and guitar. Join a small group and make a big impact! Rehearsals for the Café Singers are determined by the group on a weekly basis.

The Chancel Choir is an integral part of our Traditional worship service. This 25-member choir sings a broad range of musical styles from the classical to today. The main worship instruments are a Bedient tracker pipe organ and a Steinway baby grand piano. Rehearsals for Chancel Choir are each Tuesday evening at 7:30 PM.

The Sharon Ringers are a dedicated group of ringers that rehearse on Tuesday evenings at 6:15 PM. We have four octaves of handbells and three octaves of handchimes. Our ensemble enjoys participating in worship services throughout the year.
