Sharon United Methodist Children’s Ministries will lead children to a life rich in Christ by providing a safe, comfortable place where they can experience and begin to understand God’s love.
Welcome to Sharon United Methodist Children’s Ministry! We value the importance of teaching and guiding our youngest members and guests and believe it is the responsibility of the entire church family to help our children develop their spirituality and reach their full potential. Our dedicated volunteers strive not only to teach about God’s love, but also to show God’s love in their actions and attitudes.
Sharon United Methodist Children's Ministry volunteers are trained in our Safe Sanctuary policy (look under "Forms" for a copy of this policy) and commit themselves each year to provide a safe environment for our children.
We offer a variety of programs and activities to instruct, to provide service opportunities, and to allow for fellowship so that children feel connected to their church home. We seek to be a partner with parents in raising their children, knowing that two combined influences working together can have a much greater impact.
We hope to welcome you and your children soon!

Matthew 2:13-15
13 When they had gone, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream. "Get up," he said, "take the child and his mother and escape to Egypt. Stay there until I tell you, for Herod is going to search for the child to kill him." 14 So he got up, took the child and his mother during the night and left for Egypt, 15 where he stayed until the death of Herod. And so was fulfilled what the Lord had said through the prophet: "Out of Egypt I called my son."
