The mission and goal of the Health and Wellness Team is to provide information and activities related to health and wellness that will be of interest to the members of our congregation and the community at large. Ongoing activities include: • Quarterly blood pressure checks • Yoga classes for adults (year-round) and children (summer) • Health Care Equipment To Go (free equipment check out) • Life Line screening • Periodic speakers on health-related topics • Maintaining the first-aid kit and AED (defibrillator) • Health and Wellness bulletin board Watch this website for upcoming events! |
